10 Simple Ways to Safeguard urself from mobile Radiation..!!!

                            

1.Use headsets (wired) whenever possible. Don’t Use wireless headsets like Bluetooth set.    This helps in keeping the cell phone away from the body thereby reducing the radiation absorbed by the body.


2.If you are not using headsets then wait for the call to connect and then place it near your ear.


3.Do not make a call when the signal strength is one bar or less, which means the phone must work harder to establish a connection thereby radiating more.

4.Avoid carrying cell phone on the body at all times. Do not keep it near the body at night such as under the pillow or on a bedside table.

5.Keep mobile in your pocket such that the keypad is positioned toward the body and the back is positioned toward the outside while carrying it, so that the transmitted electromagnetic fields move away from you.

6.Use SMS whenever possible before going for a call.

7.Use Loud speaker option whenever possible.

8.Purchase phone with low Specific Absorption Rate(SAR).The SAR rate should not exceed 1.8.




9.Reduce the use of mobiles by children because their brain absorbs nearly twice more radiation than adults.




10.Use a scientifically validated EMF protection device. There are advanced technologies available nowadays that strengthen your bioenergy field and immune system against the effects of EMF. The EMF radiation causes a problem only when the cumulative effects due to repeated exposure weaken the body's ability to repair itself. Even when you don't use the cell phone, 'second-hand' radiation and EMFs from other devices can also cause biological stress.
